About JobMedium
The hiring platform where employers, recruiters, and job seekers finally work in one place.
JobMedium is a hiring platform built around a simple idea: hiring works better when everyone involved works in the same place. Employers post jobs and manage candidates in a built-in ATS. Independent recruiters run their job orders, clients, and placements on the same platform. Job seekers apply directly or get represented by a recruiter who is accountable for the outcome.
What the name means
The name is the model. Job is the employer side: real roles that need to be filled. Medium is the recruiter: the trusted intermediary who connects people to those roles. Together, they exist to serve the job seeker across the long span of a career, not just a single placement. You keep one profile on one platform, and you build relationships that outlast any one job.
Why we're building this
Hiring today is scattered across job boards, spreadsheets, email threads, and handshake agreements. Employers bring in outside recruiters on terms that are hard to compare. Recruiters lose deals to slow paperwork and disputes over who introduced whom. Job seekers send applications into the void and hear nothing back.
JobMedium keeps the whole engagement on one shared record: the job, the pipeline, the introduction, the placement, and the payment. Terms are agreed up front, milestones are tracked in the open, and fees are what they say they are.
What we offer
- For employers: post jobs, review applicants in a built-in ATS, and bring in independent recruiters on clear, pre-agreed terms when a role needs extra reach.
- For recruiters: manage clients, job orders, and candidates in one workspace, publish roles to the job board, and get paid through the platform with milestones both sides can see.
- For job seekers: search and apply for free, keep one profile, and choose whether a recruiter represents you. Nothing happens without your consent.
What we believe
- Transparent terms. Fees, milestones, and refund rules are stated before anyone commits, not negotiated after a hire.
- Accountability on both sides. Deposits and milestone tracking mean employers and recruiters each have skin in the game.
- Job seekers are people, not inventory. Nobody is represented, introduced, or submitted anywhere without saying yes first.
Where we are today
JobMedium is in its founding period. We're onboarding an early group of employers and independent recruiters, shaping the platform with them, and locking in founding-member pricing for everyone who joins before general launch. If you want to be part of that group, request access today.
Searches enter JobMedium in two ways. Employers can open roles for specialist recruiting help, and recruiting firms can bring their own authorized client searches when complementary expertise could improve the search. Both paths run through protected relationships, intentional candidate introductions, clear attribution and terms established before work begins, and a placement that works can become the start of a repeat recruiting relationship.
Who is behind JobMedium
JobMedium is built by SSBfy, a software company that pairs recruiting technology with hands-on engineering. The team behind the platform has spent years building software for the staffing industry, which is exactly why we think this one should exist.
