JobMedium is still in pre-launch, so we can't yet show you someone else's hire. What we can do is walk through exactly how the platform is designed to handle one, step by step, so you know what you're joining.
1. Define the role
Start from a reusable template or a blank posting. You set the outcomes, the must-haves, the location and work arrangement, and the compensation band. The band is a field, not an afterthought, and publishing it is the single biggest lever on applicant quality.
2. Publish it
The role goes live on your branded job page and into search, where candidates find it through relevance-ranked results and filters. Priority openings can be featured.
3. Work the pipeline
Applications arrive in a pipeline rather than an inbox. Move candidates through stages, leave notes, and message them directly. Every action stays attached to the candidate record, so the history is one scroll rather than four tools.
4. Interview
Schedule from within the platform and run interviews over built-in video. Recordings and structured scorecards attach to the same record, so your debrief compares like with like.
5. Decide and close
Scores, notes, and interview history sit in one view when you make the call. Analytics show you where candidates dropped off, so the next role runs better than this one.
What we're asking of founding members
Run a real role through this and tell us where it's awkward. Pre-launch is when that feedback still changes the product, so join the waitlist and put it to work, or read more about what we're building for employers.
