JobMedium today opened its recruiter marketplace to founding members, connecting employers with independent recruiters directly inside the platform they use to manage hiring. The marketplace opens in pre-launch ahead of general availability.
Employers can publish a job order to the marketplace, review interested recruiters, and work with the ones they choose, with placement terms, candidate ownership, and milestones tracked transparently rather than negotiated over email.
Recruiters get a workspace for their book of business: clients, job orders, candidate pipelines, and structured milestone-based payouts in one place. Recruiters interested in joining the first group can read more or request access.
"Both sides of a placement deserve to see the same facts," said Suraj Adhikari, founder of JobMedium. "Putting the agreement and the work in the same system removes most of the friction, and the founding recruiters are the ones who will tell us where it does not."
