Hiring data is among the most sensitive data a company holds, and we treat it that way.

• Never sold. Candidate data is never sold, and a profile reaches an employer or recruiter only with the candidate's consent.
• Private document storage. Uploaded documents live in private storage and are served only through the application to authorized users, never from a public link.
• Account isolation. Every account's data is isolated at the platform level, with role-based access controlling what each user can see.
• Encryption in transit. Every connection to JobMedium is encrypted.
• Two-factor sign-in is available to protect your account.
• Security logging. Sign-in and other security events are logged so activity can be reviewed.
• Bot protection on sign-up and other public forms.
• Your preferences, honored. Notification preferences apply throughout, so you hear from us on the terms you chose.
