Job seekers
The core platform is free for good: search, your profile, applying and alerts. Founding members also get Premium, normally $9.99 a month, free for their first twelve months.
Employers
Founding employer accounts start on the Founding Free plan. That's every feature of our top standard plan, free for the first year, with no payment method on file and nothing that switches to paid billing on its own. After that, every paid plan is 50% off for as long as the subscription stays active.
Recruiters
Recruiters pay nothing to join. We only earn when a placement is made, and founding recruiters pay half the standard platform cut, locked to the account for life. Your account's first placement is free. Founding terms go to the first 200 recruiters.
